Dunlop Biomimetic Evolution 130

The Evolution series feature a 490sq.cm hybrid head shape offering a more powerful profile but still with an element of control. The Evolution 130g delivers raw power yet still with the even balance provides necessary manoeuvrability for control and enhanced shot precision.

Biofibre: This gives an 18% reduced shock on ball impact leading to greater comfort, feel and control. The material is stronger than steel and lighter than carbon. Dunlop has extracted the stem fibres from plants and interwoven them into the racket shaft. On impact with the ball this structure actively filters the shock by 18% providing a cleaner more solid hit than the conventional all composite construction.

Aeroskin: This gives a 36% reduced aerodynamic drag leading to greater racket head speed for more power and spin allowing for more penetrative shot making.

MoS2 Grommets: This gives a 27% reduction in string friction giving overall a 40% increased abrasion resistance all designed for greater power, spin and durability. Inspired by the wear resistant self lubricating properties of snake skin a new polymer featuring a microscopic lubricant MoS2 has been introduced to the grommet system increasing grommet durability by 40% and delivering more string movement for enhanced power and spin.
